Welcome to a pilot database with local data on Danish research.
Data has been curated and provided by Danish research institutions
NOTE:
This early Alpha-release should be used with great care.
Only a few institutions are currently included and a number of issues were discovered in the transfer of data from their local systems to the portal.
These have now been corrected in collaboration with the software vendor and will be made available in the early March Pure software update, version 5.23.1.
As soon as the institutions install this update, we may move forward towards a representative beta-release.
The top menu displays the full range of planned search and statistics services.
For now, the only active service is Search: Publications - the rest is on the agenda and in the lab.
So click
Search: Publications - or read more about the project below.

-button will bring you back to this page.
Current status
28 Feb 2022:
- Alpha release of the portal database with data from Danish local systems - Use with great care - see above.
Imported data:
- Publication data 2011 to date from the 8 Danish universities - Some data exchange problems are being addressed
Data enhancements:
- Danish affiliation names have been mapped to standard forms (NORA names) and grouped in categories like universities etc.
- Collaboration countries have been mapped into regions of analytical interest, like OECD, EU etc.
- Interlinking across all four databases has been implemented based on DOI-matching
Search functionality:
- First version of basic as well as expert search
Help and guides
- Currently we provide in-context help in the form of mouse-overs and pop-up windows
Statistics functionality
- To be added later in 2022
Known issues
Imported data

Only a few institutions are currently included and a number of issues were discovered in the transfer of data from their local systems to the portal.
These have now been corrected in collaboration with the software vendor and will be made available in the early March Pure software update, version 5.23.1
- Some University Hospital publications are registered at the Universities and hence will appear as University publications
- As soon as the Pure-institutions have installed this software update, we may rebuild the database and increase the coverage of Pure-institutions
- As soon as possible we will begin the integration of data from the Esploro system of Royal Danish Defense College
- See Data Partner tab for full list of research institutions to include
Affiliation names
- As soon as we receive better affiliation data from the Pure systems, we will be able to review the mapping of Danish affiliation names to the standard forms
Help and Guides
- As we move along - and collect user feedback - we'll add more user guides, PDFs as well as videos

Documentation
Once the very dynamic Alpha and Beta-phases have been completed, we'll start finalizing the technical documentation and adding links to the various sections here.
